Bastie is an indie-pop singer-songwriter and UK Songwriting Competition finalist. Before the 2023 festival season, he teamed up with Paf (drums), Aleks (guitar), and Sam (bass) to join him on the summer circuit. Together, they played main stages at Pub in the Park(s), Lakefest, El Dorado, and Carfest, along with standout slots at Boardmasters and Victorious Festival.
Now Bastie is gearing up to record the remainder of his 2024 releases at the legendary Rockfield Studios with longtime collaborator and producer Nick Brine (Oasis, Arctic Monkeys).
Meanwhile, his next single, ‘Every Second You’re There,’ is set for release on March 26th. Having received praise from BBC Introducing, HotPress, Earmilk, and Clout, Bastie and his band can’t wait to share what they’ve been working on.

One Last Chance released November 24th
One Last Chance shows Bastie in a different tempo, with a nod to seasonal nostalgia, the track incorporates a more soulful tone than his previous releases. His evocative lyrics here accompanied by a simple harmony of piano and strings. Bastie was also fortunate enough to record the music with long time collaborator, Nick Brine who made his name producing on Oasis and Arctic Monkeys Records.
